1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TactiCoach ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "Coach", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TactiCoach.

If you are accessing TactiCoach on behalf of an organisation or team, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2 Description of Services

TactiCoach provides a football coaching platform that includes:

• Interactive tactical board with drag-and-drop player management
• Animation timeline editor for creating tactical movement sequences
• Video and PDF export of tactical sessions
• Cloud storage and sync for saved tactics
• Training session builder with coaching notes
• Club and team collaboration tools (Club plan)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.

3 User Accounts

To access TactiCoach, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately at tacticoach.co.uk@gmail.com of any unauthorised access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

One person may not maintain more than one free trial account. We reserve the right to terminate duplicate accounts.

When the trial ends, you can no longer create or edit content unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Content you created stays in your account and remains visible in your library. Access to the library without a paid plan is currently free, but we may change, limit or withdraw it in future; we will give at least 30 days' notice by email before doing so.

4 Subscriptions & Billing

TactiCoach offers the following paid subscription plans:

• Basic: £4.99/month or £45/year — one squad, for a single coach
• Pro: £8.99/month or £79/year — everything in Basic, unlimited, for a single coach
• Club: from £24.99/month (5 coach seats), £39.99/month (10) or £69.99/month (20), or yearly — everything in Pro for every coach

Plan features and limits are as shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. A price change applies to new subscriptions and, for an existing subscription, only from a renewal after we have told you by email.

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen billing cycle.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

14-day refund: You can cancel a new paid subscription within 14 days of your first payment and get a full refund. Email tacticoach.co.uk@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will refund the payment to the card you used, normally within 5 working days. Your access to paid features ends when the refund is made.

After 14 days: We do not give refunds for the rest of a billing period, including partly used months or years. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep your paid features until the end of the period you have paid for. This does not affect your statutory rights, and if you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at tacticoach.co.uk@gmail.com at any time.

4a Referral Programme

Every TactiCoach account has a personal invite link and code. If someone creates an account through your link or code and later pays for a subscription, you earn free months on your own subscription. Full details of the current thresholds are on our referrals page.

When a referral counts. A referral is credited to you only once the person you invited has made a payment that has actually cleared. Creating an account earns nothing. Attribution is decided once, when that account is created, and is not reassigned afterwards — if someone arrives through more than one link, the one they used at signup applies.

What you earn. Rewards are earned at set thresholds, and the number required depends on the plan you hold and on whether the person you referred subscribed as an individual coach or as a club. The figures published on the referrals page are running totals, not amounts added at each step. Referrals of coaches and referrals of clubs are counted separately and are not combined.

How credit is applied. If you pay by card, credit is applied as a reduction against your next invoice. If you do not have an active paid subscription, the equivalent period of access is added to your account instead. Credit has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account, or refunded, and it applies only to the plan you hold at the time it is applied.

Reversals. If a person you referred obtains a refund or reverses their payment, that referral stops counting towards your totals. Any reward you have earned but not yet received is withdrawn. Rewards that have already been applied to your account are not clawed back.

Abuse. Referring yourself, or accounts you create or control, is not permitted. We may withdraw rewards, close accounts and remove you from the programme where we reasonably believe the programme is being manipulated — including through fake accounts, undisclosed incentives paid to third parties, or bulk unsolicited distribution of your code.

Changes. We may change or withdraw the referral programme, including the thresholds and rewards, on 30 days' notice. Rewards you have already earned at the time of the change will be honoured. Progress towards a threshold you have not yet reached may be recalculated under the new terms.

Collaboration Programme. The Collaboration Programme is a separate arrangement under which commission is paid in money rather than credit. It is governed by the Collaboration Programme Agreement accepted by each collaborator, not by this section. Where the two conflict, that agreement takes precedence for collaborators.

6 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TactiCoach to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in India or your jurisdiction
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform
• Use automated bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the platform without written permission
• Share account credentials with individuals outside your licensed team (Club plan: max 10 seats)

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7 Intellectual Property

Our IP: TactiCoach, its logo, platform design, code, and all related materials are the intellectual property of TactiCoach. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all tactical content, sessions, and materials you create using TactiCoach. By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

9 Data & Privacy

Your use of TactiCoach is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:

• User data is stored on servers located in India
• We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023
• For users in the European Economic Area, we also comply with GDPR requirements
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties

10 Disclaimers

TactiCoach is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform
• The suitability of the platform for any particular coaching purpose
• Results achieved by coaches using TactiCoach

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any football association, governing body, or professional club.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TactiCoach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, tactics, or coaching sessions
• Loss of revenue or business opportunities
• Temporary unavailability of the platform

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to TactiCoach in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12 Termination

By you: You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days subject to our data retention policy.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. In cases of termination due to breach, no refund will be issued.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

14 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:

• Sending an email to your registered email address
• Displaying a prominent notice within the platform

Your continued use of TactiCoach after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use and cancel your subscription.
